Hello!
I am the founder and licensed clinical psychotherapist at PAC.
I have worked in social services since 2012 and I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy for teens and adults. I specialize in trauma, intergenerational trauma, 1st/2nd gen family and cultural issues, attachment, foster/adoption, relationships, anxiety, and psychodynamic therapy. I have experience working with young adults, teens, couples, groups, incarcerated youth, and court-ordered therapy. I also collaborate with doctors, psychiatrists, teachers, county social workers, probation officers, county counsel, and with children's/family court.
I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy. EMDR uses bilateral dual attention stimulation to improve one's core beliefs about the self, world, and other people. Various EMDR protocols are used in targeting a variety of conditions including trauma, anxiety, OCD, addiction, mood disorders, attachment and relationship difficulties. EMDR Therapy is also recognized by the World Health Organization and the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) as a treatment of choice for post-traumatic stress disorder.
My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, collaborative, and outcome-focused. I believe treatment should be personalized to each individual's needs. Therefore, I offer individual psychotherapy across a range of modalities using an eclectic therapeutic framework, meaning I interweave different techniques and therapeutic approaches to create a unique treatment plan to target your individual goals and circumstances. I am dedicated to recognizing your unique experiences, personality, and strengths to help you find your own respective path to healing. I consider it an honor and privilege to come alongside you on your journey of healing and resilience.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. If this resonates with you at all, I'd love to connect via phone or email for a free consultation.
Sending you lots of love on this journey.
